Sin and Punishment: Successor of the Skies

Also know as: Sin & Punishment 2 | Sin & Punishment: Star Successor | Sin & Punishment: Successor of the Skies

The cult Japanese game, played in chapters, continues the mysterious story of Isa and Kachi and their fight for humanity between Inner Space and Outer Space. Both characters can soar through the air and unleash destructive power as they move and glide quickly using backpacks and hoverboards, all to fend off hordes of enemies armed with guns, swords and bombs. To add to the challenge, each action-packed level is designed so that enemies, including gigantic BOSSES, appear in a certain order. You will have to study each level and its hordes of enemies in detail in order to get the best possible score. The frenetic arcade action game can be played with both the Wii Remote and Nunchuk, as well as the Classic Controller, and the Nintendo GameCube controller. Additionally, it works seamlessly with the Wii Zapper, allowing gamers to get a feel for this explosive form of gameplay. In addition to the single player mode, Sin and Punishment: Successor of the Skies includes a co-op mode where the second player can join the action and help take down enemies. Via Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection, you can compare your scores with those achieved by other players, thanks to the available international leaderboards. Sin and Punishment: Successor of the Skies' scoring system offers an intense challenge for everyone. Players are rewarded when they successively hit enemies with their shots while managing to take as little damage as possible. They also receive a higher number of points if they perform extraordinary actions such as hitting a large number of enemies consecutively. The game provides fans with a lot to talk about thanks to gameplay elements that have to be discovered, such as the best strategy to deal with a certain enemy scheme or the techniques that reward the most skilled players with coveted medals.
